The non-Singapore Government applications and services (including commercial services or applications such lifestyle applications and services) are operated by NCS Pte Lte (“the Company”). The terms set down below would apply to the use of these applications and services.
The Company respects the privacy of visitors to this Portal, and the following sets out the guidelines followed by us for your benefit.
1 Collection of Personal Data
1.1 The Company collects the information of visitors to this Portal. Any data or information you provide to us through an application or email and pertaining to yourself may be shared with Singapore Government agencies so as to serve you in a more efficient and effective manner, unless such sharing is prohibited by legislation. The company will not, however, share any such Personal Data with non-Singapore Government entities except for such entities that have been authorised to carry out specific services for the Singapore Government. The Company may also contact you from time to time to obtain your latest Personal Data for the purposes of serving you more efficiently and effectively.
1.2 The Personal Data may be additionally used to:-
(i) send news and information about Lifestyle activities and general promotional material which may be useful to you;
(ii) monitor persons using and accessing the Portal;
(iii) profile or analyse the persons using and accessing the Portal and their pattern and manner of usage,
where you have chosen the option of allowing your Personal Data to be used for purposes not directly related to the Portal at the point where the Company ask for it. 1.3 Except as provided herein and as required by law, your Personal Data will not be made available to third parties without your consent.
1.4 The Company shall preserve the contents of any communications which you send if the Company is of the view that there is a legal requirement for doing so. Your communications may be monitored for purposes of trouble-shooting or maintenance purposes.

The Company reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Privacy Policy at any time and it is recommended that you visit this website from time to time to review the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy that is applicable to you.
