No claim can be made against the NCS for any use or the inability to use this Portal or reliance on the Content.

4.1 NCS do not give any warranty in relation to the use of the Portal or linked websites, and do not warrant against any possible interference or damage to your computer system arising from the use of the Portal.

7.1 All data charges for mobile applications will be borne by the user.

8.0 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
